This Privacy Policy explains how Reaper Digital Entertainment LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), which operates OnChainMedia at onchainmedia.pro, collects, uses and shares information when you visit our website or use our services.

• Client Content: streams, VODs, files and links you share so we can perform the Services.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details directly; we receive limited information such as your name, email, billing country, the package purchased, and payment status. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Technical information: our hosting provider may automatically log basic data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested for security and reliability.

2. How we use information

• To provide, manage and deliver the Services and communicate with you about your projects;
• To process payments, subscriptions, cancellations and refunds;
• To respond to inquiries and provide support;
• To operate our partner program, including tracking referrals and payouts for partners;
• To secure our website, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How we share information

• Service providers such as Stripe (payments), our website host, email and file-sharing tools, who process data on our behalf;
• Editors and clippers working on your project, who receive access to Client Content and project notes only as needed and are required to keep it confidential;
• Referral partners, who may be told that a client they referred has purchased, for commission tracking — without your payment details;
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect rights and safety;
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If you proceed to checkout, Stripe may use cookies on its own pages for fraud prevention and to process your payment, under Stripe's own privacy policy. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. We keep Client Content and Deliverables for a reasonable period after delivery so you can request re-downloads or revisions, after which we may delete them. You can ask us to delete Client Content sooner.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of non-essential emails, by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor requests as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Purchases must be made by adults.

Information may be processed in countries other than your own, where our service providers and contractors operate.
